Discussion of images above:

Elderly patient complaining of back pain. X-Rays at Primary Care physician’s office showed a compression fracture at T12. MRI study of the Thoracic Spine was ordered to clarify extent of fracture, and incidentally discovered a large paraspinal mass invading the epidural space, vertebrae, and extending into the chest/lung cavity.
